The Value Engineering is the management skill to find out an appropriate substitute by measuring functions, cost and rate of progress. The aim of this paper is to analysis the patch by using Value Engineering. Case study is used to verify the effect of patch for clinical care and the results show the good agreements to reduce the cost .Basing on Evidence-Based Medicine, the paper will supply a new method for hospital to reduce the cost for clinical pathway. |
