The author believes that carrying out ”3-P-chain education” can improve the present state of education, promote learning effectiveness of students and citizen's quality. ”3-P-chain education” means to educate the child accord with his/her proper aptitude, proper capacity and proper learning time. And especially it should be exercised at the same moment. Consequently it inspires the best efficiency and efficacy of education. The theory is characterized by four viewpoints which are ”no child to be abandoned”, ”test to be reduced”, ”to be patient for waiting” and ”netlike thinking”. It comes from Confucius's educational ideal of providing education for all without discrimination and teaching accord with the potential of the child. Base upon Confucius's ideal, the author intends to express it fully and clearly.
