This article presents first an overview of the existing issues and problems in the quality of life. Afterwards, it shows relationship between work and life quality by using work and family border theory. Finally, that the human resource manager enhances the way of work and life quality on employees is described. It may help corporation achieve policy objectives and practices and further improve their workforce, productivity, and performance. |
