Therefore, high-level chief should to use as decision strength find enterprise position and manage policy. The middle-level chief should possess 「management Strength」 to find enterprise position and manage policy for exception event. The basic-level staffs should possess 「execute strength」 to implement regular operation. Beside management triangle principles include 「weight-bearing point management」, 「origin flow management」 and 「balance management」. The paper will detailed illustrate by case study of management.
