隨著通信資訊蓬勃發展，網際網路已成為本世紀全球互通信息的重要媒介。網際網路通信的品質也漸漸受到人們重視，而ATUR（ADSL寬頻網路專用數據機）是最接近客戶端的通信設備，與客戶關係最密切、感受度也最強。在現今以顧客至上、高客戶滿意度的市場，ATUR的品質與可靠度就顯得非常重要。所以本研究是以ATUR作為研究的標的，並且以學生套房宿舍作為測試的環境，利用產品壽命測試失效終止型，從售後服務維修部門分析收集各種廠牌月ATUR的失效時數，進一步以韋氏分配分析各種ATUR的MTBF（平均失效發生時間）及可靠度。藉此瞭解各種廠牌ATUR的差異性及其可靠度的優劣，以提高ADSL上網品質及可靠度，作為公司日後採購的參考依據之一。

As the communication information grows vigorously, the internet network has already become important media of interflowing information in the whole world in this century. The quality of internet network has been paid attention to by people, and ATUR (ADSL Transceiver Unit Remote) is the communication equipment most close to the customers, it is the strongest in most close relations with the customers, experience degree. Now with customer high market of customer satisfaction, the quality and reliability of ATUR is very important. This research is based on students' apartment. Utilizing life circle of the products test its expiration time limit. Analysis the invalid hours of various brands ATUR of collection from repair division, and use Weibull distribution to analysis MTBF and reliability of different ATUR for further study. We can realize the variation and reliability among different brands of ATUR, and enhance the quality and reliability of ADSL. And it will be the base of the company's shopping plan.
