本文說明標準化是確保品質的基礎。 說明作業標準程序SOP為基礎的現場改善的重要性與改善的步驟及注意事項，同時強調如何強化現場的改善力是提昇品質、保證品質、提昇企業競爭力的關鍵。

The purpose of this article is to clarify that standardization is the fundation for assuring products' quality. This article describes the importance of standard operation procedures in conducting, working site promotion, and also, it emphasizes that to strengthen the power for work site improvement is the key for improving and assuring product quality and for promoting the copability for enterprises to compete in their market.
