在先進交通管理系統(advanced traffic management systems, ATMS)與先進駕駛者資訊系統(advanced traveller information systems, ATIS)的發展中，動態交通指派針對依時性(time-dependent)的起迄資料進行路網內路徑最佳化的指派。目前已被應用在動態交通指派問題的方法，包括最佳控制化理論、變分不等式、數學規劃法，與模擬式的指派程序等四種。本文將針對模擬式的動態交通指派模式作一介紹與探討，在此一模擬式的動態交通指派演算法中，DYNASMART模式，將取代路段績效的使用，並反應路段流入與流出率的計算控制。此一演算法的最大優點在於反應車流特性與交控策略的影響。本研究以一測試路網與一實際路網作為初期測試之用，以數值實驗來探討此一演算法的合理性，並討論此一演算法未來在資訊化路網中的可能應用。
