在先進交通管理系統(advanced traffic management systems, ATMS)與先進駕駛者資訊系統(advanced traveller information systems, ATIS)的發展中,動態交通指派針對依時性(time-dependent)的起迄資料進行路網內路徑最佳化的指派。目前已被應用在動態交通指派問題的方法,包括最佳控制化理論、變分不等式、數學規劃法,與模擬式的指派程序等四種。本文將針對模擬式的動態交通指派模式作一介紹與探討,在此一模擬式的動態交通指派演算法中,DYNASMART模式,將取代路段績效的使用,並反應路段流入與流出率的計算控制。此一演算法的最大優點在於反應車流特性與交控策略的影響。本研究以一測試路網與一實際路網作為初期測試之用,以數值實驗來探討此一演算法的合理性,並討論此一演算法未來在資訊化路網中的可能應用。
