曼托對實習生任教後班級經營之影響

教育實習是銜接大學師資培育課程，以及到中小學實際任教之間一個非常重要的階段，許多研究指出實習輔導教師（mentor，以下簡稱曼托），是影響實習生專業成長最多的人。本研究乃以縱貫方式，利用兩年多的時間，針對一位私立大學修畢師資職前教育課程的實習生及其實習期間輔導其導師實習的曼托，進行個案研究。第一年先針對曼托，藉由訪談、觀察、問卷及相關文件分析，了解對其班級經營的理念，及其帶班時建立的班規內容和程序、班級環境營造、使用的獎勵策略、懲罰策略及對學生不當行為的輔導、聯絡簿的運用等議題進行研究，第二年再針對這位實習生取得合格教師證書後實際到國中初任代理教師（以下簡稱個案）所進行的班級經營，運用相同的方法蒐集資料後進行比較，以了解曼托對個案的影響。本文並依研究發現提出結論與啟示，供作參考。

Educational internship is a very important stage because it links up teacher education programs in universities with teaching courses in the middle and primary schools. A lot of research points out that the mentor is a critical role in this period. The case study is to compare a mentor with her mentee on the influences of contents and procedures of class rules, the methods of creating classroom environments, the strategies of praise and punishment, and the applications of the teacher-student-parent contact book. The study adopted a longitudinal approach of two years and its data were gathered in terms of documental analyses, observing, and interviewing. The findings and implications are also discussed.
