本文透過老子哲學的思想來對當前教師角色與師生關係做一省思與啟示。師生關係一直在教育議題中扮演很重要的角色。老子《道德經》中有許多義理值得應用於教育層面。本文首先說明老子的學說要旨,按著探討其對師生關係之涵義,分別由教師角色、師生關係興師生對話三面向來進行說明。本文以老子的哲學思想對於師生關係進行深度思考,反省自身的生命或與他人之間的相處態度,將師生關係復歸於天真單純,並開啟教師遊刃有餘的心靈空間。 |
英文摘要 |
This study provides introspection and ret1ection on teachers' role and teacher-student relationships of modern days through the philosophy of Lao-Tzu. Teacher-student relationships have always played a critical role on educational issues. There are many exegetical theories in Lao-Tzu's ”Morality Canon” worth applying in the educational field. In this study, the main ideas of Lao-Tzu's theory are explained first, followed by the discussion on its implications on teacher-student relationships from the perspectives of teachers' role, teacher-student relationships, and teacher-student dialogues. The study contemplates the teacher-student relationships through Lao-Tzu's philosophy, ret1ects on the life of self and interactions with others, reverts teacher-student relationships to innocence and purity, and broadens the spiritual space of teachers' ingenuity. |
