本研究建構了一個以”6W2H”為自變數,「訓練滿意度」、「能力增進程度」及「所學應用程度」三項訓練成效指標為依變數的訓練模式,並利用LISREL多變量分析法以高科技產業為對象對該模式進行實証研究,以瞭解各變數間之影響關係。本研究有很多結論發現,以下是幾項較重要的發現: 1.學員的受訓動機與三項訓練成效具顯著正相關。 2.師資來源與學員滿意度無顯著關係,但與能力增進及所學應用有關。 3.公司內若有專設的訓練場所,則在能力增進方面會較佳。 4.學員自付費用的訓練,學員較易不滿。 5.訓練滿意度會影響能力增進程度,而能力增進程度亦會影響所學應用程度,但訓練滿意度不會直接影響所學應用程度。 |
英文摘要 |
This study designs a training model including one independent variables group-”6W2H”, and three dependent variables (evaluation criteria)-”satisfaction with training”, ”improvement of ability”, and ”application of learning”. Then, the high-tech industry chosen as the research object, and a multi-variate analysis method-LISREL-is used to examine the model to find the relationships among those variables within the model. Lots of conclusions are drawn in this research, below are some important findings: 1. The motivation of trainee is significantly positive correlation with three training criteria. 2. There is no significant relationship between the source of trainer and the satisfaction with training, but the source of trainer has significant correlation with the improvement of ability and the application of learning. 3. There is more improvement of ability if a company has its own training location. 4. If the training fee paid by trainees, they were dissatisfactory easily with the training. 5. The satisfaction with training influences the improvement of ability, and the improvement of ability influences the application of learning; however, the satisfaction with training does not influence the application of learning directly. |
