Real reasons for turnover is difficult to get, because the resignation is usually classified as non-positive in organizational behaviors. The real resigned reasons are often connected by personal psychology which operates under the mutual influence of personal subjective psychological cognition and organizational cultures, structures, and procedures. And the negative organizational culture, business operation process are always unwilling to be exposed and must be understood through the interpretation of the leaving staff. However, it is not easy to gain the trust of interviewees to reveal the real reasons for leaving. Due to the resignation is the end of interpretation and construction of daily life, it is hard to get the real turnover reasons from the rigid questionnaire, the research takes the hermeneutic and post-intentional phenomenology approach, put in leavers contexts and experiences, and build phenomenological concepts model of turnover experiences which shoes turnover experience is the result of "individual", "management" and "system and structure" three general experience structures dancing on the chance flat.
