本篇報告二病例，皆因單側眼球突出而就診於本科；經眼窩部電腦斷層掃描、周邊血液相、骨髓穿刺切片以及眼窩部細針穿刺細胞學檢查證實為眼窩綠色瘤合併髓細胞性白血病。接受眼窩部放射治療及全身性化學治療，均獲良好的局部療效。本篇並討論眼窩綠色瘤的臨床表徵、病理變化、診斷方法、治療與預後。

Two cases suffered from symptoms of unilateral proptosis was reported. After a series of examinations included orbital CT scan, complete blood count, bone marrow biopsy and orbital fine needle aspiration biopsy was studied, orbital chloroma with myelogenous leukemia was confirmed. They all received orbital radiotherapy and systemic chemotherapy which provided only temporary regression of protrusion of the eyeball. The clinical features, pathology, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of orbital chlororna was also reviewed.
