眼瞼皮脂腺癌為一高度惡性之腫癌，好發於50歲以上之病人，臨床上常被誤診。本文報告13例經病理證實為眼瞼皮脂腺癌之病創，其中男4例，女9例，1例為兩側發生。年齡從37到86歲不等。其中1例之病理切片可見Pagetoid invasion。追蹤時間自半年至3年不等，其中2例死亡。

A consecutive series of 13 cases of sebaceous cell carcinoma were studied both clinically and pathologically. There were 4 males, 9 females in this series with an average age of sixty. Upper eyelid involvement was 3 times more than lower eyelid. Histopathologically, well differentiated adenocarcinoma with lobular pattern and minimal infiltration comprise the majority of the cases. Pagetoid invasion of the eyelid was demonstrated in one case. Clinically, we found I case with distant metastasis, 4 cases with direct extension to orbit or sinus, and another 4 cases with regional lymph node involvement. All the patients were received tumor excision for localized cases and excision plus radiotherapy for whom with distant metastasis. Then during the follow-up period of one half to 3 years, there were 8 survived., 2 deaths and 3 lost of follow up.
