黏液上皮癌是一種源自唾液腺或淚腺分泌管道的上皮細胞的腫瘤。臨床上以淚腺為源發器官者十分罕見。本篇報告一個病例。病人接受左眼眼窩剜除術並輔以放射線治療。追踪至今一年，尚未有複發或轉務現象。

Mucoepidermoid carcinoma is a tumor arising in the ductal epithelial cells of the salivary or lacrimal glands, containing both mucin-producing cells and epidermoid cells with various degrees of squamous differentiation. Lacrimal gland origin is very rare. Here, we reported one case. The patient received left eye exenteration with supplementary radiation post-operatively. There was no recurrence nor metastasis found after 1 year's follow-up.
