本篇報告一罕見的轉移性眼窩腫瘤，一位33歲女性，二年前在左大腿外側發現一皮下腫瘤，經手術切除病理報告為平滑肌肉瘤。二年後因右眼球突出而住院，電腦斷層掃描顯示右眼窩顳側及球後腫瘤，病理切片包括電子顯微鏡檢查發現是平滑肌肉瘤。由病史及查閱文獻判定為左大腿轉移至右眼窩的平滑肌肉瘤，目前國內外文獻僅有三例報告。

A rare case of metastatic leiomyosarcoma of the orbit was reported. The patient was a 33-year-old female who underwent excision of a leiomyosarcoma in the subcutaneous tissue of the left lateral thigh. About two years later, a leiomyosarcoma in the right lateral orbit was found and excised. The location and behavior pattern of the subcutaneous leiomyosarcoma in this patient was similar to the description of subcutaneous lesion reported by Field and Helwig. There were three documented metastatic leiomyosarcoma in the Literature. On Second admission surgical biopsy on the left lateral thigh reported as recurrent leiomyosarcoma. CT scan showed extensive metastates to lungs and CNS. Radiotherapy was performed for relief of intractable headache and eye pain. Unfortunately, the patient died of respiratory and central failure eight months after diagnosis.
