本文報告以Cadwell Quantum 84測量80隻正常眼睛之網膜電圖(flash electroretinogram)，經過30分鐘暗適應所得暗適應網膜電圖(Scotopic ERG)：a波(a-wave)其latency平均為11.44 msec，振幅(amplitude)平均為174.10 μV；b波(b-wave) latency平均為30.13 msec，振幅平均為356.87 μV。

The ERG was recorded in 80 normal eyes. Cadwell Quantum 84 was used, and the results were recorded after dark, adaptation for 30 minutes. The average latency of a-wave is 11.44 msec, and the average amplitude of a-wave is 174.10 μV. The average latency of b-wave is 30.13 msec, and the average amplitude of b-wave is 356.87 μV.
