眼心反射是眼科斜視手術中常見的不良反應，但是，如果應用得當，在謹慎的操作下，它可以協助我們在解剖標誌模糊的組織中，順利的辨認出斷離的眼外肌。本例就是利用此反應成功修復了一例陳舊性外傷後眼肌離斷的病例。特提出報告。

Oculo-cardiac reflex is a common side-effect in strabismus surgery. We used in this case, with caution and under proper supervision as an ancillary method to locate the retracted proximal end of the severed extra-ocular muscle and success-fully corrected the strabismus. It seemed to be a simple and practical technique in locating the severed extra-ocular muscle in our limited exp experence.
