本篇報告一位37歲的女性，右眼在受傷時並未察覺有含銅的眼球內異物，而於7年後產生銅沈著症。臨床可見右眼視力減退，水晶體有牽牛花狀的白內障(Sunflower cataract)，玻璃體混濁，超音波及電腦斷層檢查發現眼球內有細小的異物，病人接受了玻璃體切除術並取出眼球內存留的細銅絲。手術後右眼的視力可矯正至1.0，眼底黃斑部有散在的黃白色斑瑰。右眼ERG、EOG的反應下降，但視野及VEP的檢查正常。術後追蹤半年，眼底無顯著的變化。本例提供出眼球銅沈著症之典型病程及臨床表徵，可做為此病診斷和治療的參考。

We present a case chalcosis bulbi in an eye with undiagnosed retension of copper-containing intraocular foreign body. This is a case of 37 year-old female who developed typical chalcosis changes including sunflower cataract, vitreous opacity in her right eye 7 years following a penetrating injury. Foreign body near the vitreous base is identified by ultrasound and CT scan examiations. Vision is improved after pars plana vitrectomy with removal of copper wire. Yellowish-white exudates and metallic flecks are found at the macula. Decrease of amplitudes in ERG and abnormal EOG response are recorded. This case presents a typical chalcosis bulbi caused by a small copper material. Its clinical manifestation and clinical course are useful for acurate diagnosis of such case.
