本文報告一晶體性網膜症之家族病例。3位病人之視力可從1.0至僅辨手動。眼底檢查可見黃色反光性晶體樣沈著物，而螢光眼底血管攝影檢查則可見網膜色素性上皮細胞萎縮及脈絡膜微血管層消失。病人之視野縮小，暗適應及眼電氣生理檢查均呈現異常。玻璃體螢光光度計檢查亦顯示高於正常之穿透率。

We present a family of crystalline retinopathy. Half of the members of the family have impaired visual acuity, ranging from hand movement to 20/20. Three of the affected members were studied completely. The fundoscopic and fluororescein angiography changes included yellowish, glittering crystals on retinal, and multiple areas of geographic atrophy of retinal pigmented epithelium, with varying severity in different members. Electroretinography, electrooculography and visual evoked potential were subnormal with varying degrees. Visual field defect and abnormality of color sense test and dark adaptation were also noted.
