本文提出一個接受矽油注射胸部整型術後發生脈絡膜及視網膜梗塞的病例。病人於接受過第二次注射後隨即產生呼吸困難的症狀，隨後視力模糊，視野出現黑點。胸部X光片呈現兩側下肺野堅實化變化，Tc-99m肺部灌流掃瞄發現兩側下肺野有多處冷區，呈現肺栓塞的現象。兩眼中心視力均為1.0，但眼底檢查發現許多白點及點狀出血。眼底螢光攝影則表現出多處栓塞所引發之脈絡膜友視網膜梗塞。對此病人僅給予保守性治療而其視力一直保持良好。眼底病變亦於數月之後恢復正常。

We presented a case of 33-year-old female who developed pneumonia and chorioretinal emboli and occlusion of LPCA after silicone oil injected mammoplasty. Bilateral fundus examination revealed hemorrhage and white spots. FAG showed delayed temporal peripapillary choroidal filling and fluorescein dye leakage in late phase. Hemorrhage and white spots disappeared after follow-up 6 months. Conservative treatment was given and good vision remained.
