方案規劃是成人教育發展中相當重要的部份,在成人教育研究領域中與方案規劃有關的文獻幾乎佔了一大部分。透過方案的規劃與執行,成人終身學習的理念得以實踐。成人教育實施成效與方案規劃知能的高低有相當密切的關係。檢視台灣地區成人教育實務工作,發現方案規劃的理論與實踐並沒有被完整的理解,方案規劃在成人教育體系中的角色沒有發揮。 本文有三個目的,首先從成人教育領域中方案規劃的角色談起,釐清方案規劃的概念、在成人教育體系中的角色及其應有的定位;其次析論方案規劃理論與實踐上的矛盾,第三個目的是希望從對方案規劃理論模型的瞭解著手,為前述定位問題與矛盾現象,尋找超越的途徑,這些途徑將成為未來成人教育方案規劃領域內值得開拓、深入探討的議題。綜言之,本文提出方案規劃在成人教育體系中的三個角色、定位上的四點矛盾,最後歸結四條超越之路,提供後續研究發展的方向。 |
英文摘要 |
Program planning can be viewed as one of the most important parts in the development of adult education. Literature concerning program planning consists of major parts of the adult education literature. Lifelong learning concept and theory are enacted through a well-planned program. The effectiveness of adult education programs depends highly on the profession of adult educators. Review practice of this field in Taiwan reveals that the theory and practice of adult education program planning has not been fully understood. In other words, the critical role of program planning in the domain of adult education has not been identified. Purposes of this study are three-fold. First, the paper is to clarify the concept of program planning, its roles and position in the field of adult education. Secondly, the paper is to analyze conflicts existing between theory and practice of program planning. Thirdly, the article is to seek ways out of the conflict identified in the study that may become the future issues and need further study. The study finally provides four approaches for future studies and practices. |
