本研究旨在探討高職工業類科學生知覺「教師素質」與「教學效能」的關係,為達研究目的,乃採問卷調查的方式進行探討。研究母群以95學年度教育部公佈之154所公私立高職工業類科學校,採分層隨機抽樣,選取23所樣本學校,有效問卷734份,有效回收率為79.78%。研究所得資料採t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法加以分析。本研究獲致下列結論: 1.學生知覺高職工業類科學校之「教師素質」與「教學效能」良好。 2.不同「就讀年級」、「導師性別」、「學校隸屬」、「學校類別」的學生,在知覺教師素質上有顯著差異。 3.不同「性別」、「學校隸屬」的學生,在知覺教師教學效能上有顯著差異。 4.高職工業類科教師素質與教學效能間有顯著正相關,而且教師素質對教學效能具有顯著預測力。 |
英文摘要 |
This study aimed to investigate the relationship among students' perception, teacher quality and teaching effectiveness in a industry-related vocational high schools. To achieve this study purpose, a questionnaire survey was administered, From 737 student responses to the questionnaire, the researcher computed the frequency, percentage, mean, standardized differentiation, t-test and chid variance analysis of unitary factors, Scheffe's afterthought, test, Pearson's product deviation correlation and multiple step-wise regression analysis. Finally: 1. There are positive responses to teacher quality and teaching effectiveness for the students. 2. There are significant differences in the teacher quality in the students' perception by their studying grade, teacher gender, school categorization. 3. There are significant differences in teaching effectiveness in the students' perception by gender and school categorization. 4. There are significant differences in the students’ perception of teacher quality and teaching effectiveness in an industry-related vocational high school. The better the teacher is, the more efficient his teaching is. |
