本文主要係探討台灣區電子資訊業者跨國技術引進模式的選擇及其考慮因素,以及模式選擇與學習績效間的關係。本文首先討論與整合交易成本理論和知識基礎理論,從而建立本研究架構,然後發展模式選擇、影響因素、與學習績效間的相關研究假說。再以台灣區電子資訊業為研究對象進行訪談及問卷調查,最後以統計分析方法來驗證及討論相關研究假說。本文發現以交易成本理論和知識基礎理論的整合性模型,對於技術引進模式的選擇與影響因素間的關係之預測,有極高的準確度。再者,本文也驗證技術引進模式選擇的恰當與否,與技術引進的學習績效存在有顯著的關聯。

英文摘要

This paper explores the issues concerning the choice of international technology acquisition mode, the determinants affecting this choice, and the relationship between the choice and the learning performance of the international technology acquisition. By integrating the transaction cost economics and knowledge-based view of the theory of the firm, the research framework is first developed, and research hypotheses are then generated and tested on a sample of Taiwanese electronics and information technology companies. The findings reveal first that the theoretical model possesses a high explanatory power in associating the determinants and the choice of mode, and, second the choice of mode is highly correlated with the learning performance.
