造成水稻徒長病之病原菌在世界許多地區皆證實為Fusarium fujikuroi,而非F. moniliforme(=F. verticillioides),為確認在台灣引起水稻徒長病之病原菌,針對水稻種子及徒長病株上所分離得到之F. fujikuroi菌株共35株、F. proliferatum之菌株3株及F. verticillioides菌株1株,再加上其他來源之F. verticillioides及F. mangiferae菌株各1株,進行病原性測定,並觀察不同菌種所造成之病徵差異,結果證實台灣水稻徒長病之病原為F. fujikuroi,而F. proliferatum及F. verticillioids,雖然對水稻苗期具有弱病原性,但並不會造成徒長病徵,僅造成水稻幼苗植株輕微白化及矮化;F. mangiferae對水稻幼苗不具病原性。 |
英文摘要 |
Fusarium fujikuroi has been ascertained worldwide to be the causal agent of rice bakanae disease, which has be erroneously identified as F. moniliforme ( = F. verticillioides ) . In order to determine the identity of the pathogen causing rice bakanae disease in Taiwan , pathogenicity tests were conducted for the fungi obtained from rice seeds and diseased tissues, namely F. fujikuroi (35 isolates) , F. proliferatum (3 isolates), and F. verticil/ioides (1 ioslate). Additionally F. verticillioides (1 isolate) and F. mangiferae (1 isolate) from different sources were tested. It is concluded that the causal agent of rice bakanae disease in Taiwan is Fusarium fujikuroi. F. proliferatum and F. verticillioides are weak pathogens of rice, causing chlorosis and stunting on seedlings, and F. mangiferae is non-pathogenic to rice seedlings. |
