由於日益激烈的市場競爭及緊縮的產品上市時間,新製程被要求快速地發展與更新,因此爲能維持良好的營運品質,製程確效的評估在各產業中逐漸受到重視。本研究回顧相關文獻及國際通用的作業標準,依據紫式決策分析架構,建構製程確效評估模式,提出關鍵的製程確效指標及系統化的評估流程。本研究並以某液晶生產工廠爲實證,根據所提出之決策分析架構和簡易多屬性評等技術進行製程開發之決策評估,以驗證本研究之效度。 |
英文摘要 |
Owing to the increasing competition and time-to-market pressure, new products and new process technologies are constantly developed and ramped-up in high-tech industries. To ensure operational quality and manufacturing excellence, process validation is a critical procedure. However, little research has been done on process validation in high-tech industries. This study aims to develop a systematic process validation procedure, on the basis of UNISON decision analysis framework and international standards, and construct a set of validation indices that are appropriate for high-tech industry. To estimate the validity of this approach, an empirical study was conducted in a liquid crystal production plant for their process validation and the results showed practical viability of this approach. Similar approaches can also be developed for other high-tech industries to enhance operational quality. |
