本文依據實務案例資料,藉由製程良率與生產成本等數值進行研究,以確認製程品質與生產力之相互關係。針對帝華科技公司昆山廠現有之手機按鍵生產資料分析顯示,廠商若欲達到較高的品質生產力比,可分別從品質改善方面的降低不良率或成本改善方面的降低單位總成本兩個面向著手。這兩種作法分別是將總製程良率由目前的92.80%改善至統計品管三個標準差目標之98.66%以上,亦即需提升約6%的總製程良率;或者是願意維持現有不良率,但需試著將單位總成本控制到每單位3.14RMB以下,亦即降低約6%的單位總成本。此兩種提高品質生產力比的作法成效類似,但難易有別,選擇何種作法端賴廠商之現況能力與作業可行性而定。 |
英文摘要 |
This study takes the cell phone keypads manufacturing in Teehwa Kunshan plant (China) as an empirical case to show the relationship between multi-stage process quality and productivity. Based on the study results, two strategies are recommended for Teehwa Kunshan plant to reach a higher quality-productivity ratio (QPR). The first strategy is to have a 6% rise on percentage of good quality units in multi-stage process, and the second strategy is to make sure that the overall unit cost is controlled below 3.14 RMB. However, it depends on the resource availability and operations feasibility of the case plant to consider which one of these two strategies should be deployed. |
