在評估製造系統表現的過程中,製程選擇爲常見問題之一。檢定程序可藉由比較生產線良率,進而鑑別出最佳製程。本文主要研究三個製程的挑選問題,檢定方法透過刪除較低良率的製程,達到篩選出具備最高良率製程的目標。本研究以良率的全距作爲先驗資訊,提出兩階段的降階檢定步驟,並採用較嚴謹的決策值,以提高篩選方法鑑別力。最後文中以3D加速計的製程比較爲例,說明有限參數空間之降階檢定程序的效率。 |
英文摘要 |
Process selection is a common problem when evaluating production systems. The screening procedure compares a group of production lines and identifies the one with the highest yield. This paper investigates the selection problem among three production lines by eliminating those with lower yields. A systematic approach utilizing the prior information about the range of yield is developed to solve the selection problem. The proposed two-phase stepdown test procedure incorporates sharper critical values and thus increases the power of the test scheme. An application on comparing 3D-accelerometer manufacturing lines is presented to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed stepdown test procedure within the restricted parameter space. |
