The Quality Management System of the aerospace industry bases on AS9100. AS9100 Quality Management System can be divided into 18 sub-procedures basically and interrelated among each sub-procedure. The representative effect of quality audits could excavate potential problems, propose systematic progressing advises and offer managerial indicators for administrators. This research improved concepts of Leopold matrix in 1971. The questionnaire was designed according to relevant information of knowledge management, quality audit and aerospace industry. According to the questionnaire investigation of Leopold matrix, the language importance assessment yardstick of mutual relevant projects was affected by knowledge management factors and quality audit factors. The comparative analysis and conclusion offered an effective promotion for the aerospace industry's quality audits and an applicative value for the managerial indicators.
