顧客的使用需求依舊是產品設計的源頭,為了深入瞭解顧客對於產品之潛在需求要素,本研究以Kano模式、品質機能展開法與品質特性排序法等三種方法,探討吹風機產品設計需求評估與改善策略之優先順序。研究結果顯示三種模式各有其特色,其中Kano模式前三項優先改善的項目依次為產品的絕緣性佳不漏電、耐熱性佳與品質保證,此模式可有助於瞭解顧客需求性質上的差異;而品質機能展開法依次為商品價格、噪音量與省電,此法具有產品彼此之間的競爭分析效果,與競爭對手的產品作廣泛性的考量;至於品質特性排序法的前三項則依序為噪音量、自動恆溫與省電,此法納入了對產品的滿意度與重要度的差異性。三種分析模式提供設計者針對使用情況選擇適宜的方法,可有助於進一步瞭解顧客真正的想法及其重視的需求,設計者將因而更能有效掌握設計重點而收事半功倍的效果。

英文摘要

The use of customer need is still the source of product design. In order to understand the potential customer need of the product, this study through the Two-Dimension Model (Kano model), Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Quality Attribute Ranking (QAR) of these three needs assessment and improvement strategy to explore that a hair dryer product improvement priorities. The top three priority projects of the Kano model were good insulation without leakage, heat resistance and quality assurance. The Kano model can help design to understand the different needs of customers. The top three priority projects of the QFD method were prices, the amount of noise and saving electricity. The QFD method has the product competition between analysis results, and competitors’ products for the broad considerations. The top three priority projects of the QAR method were the amount of noise, automatic thermostat and saving electricity. The QAR method included the differences of satisfaction and importance for product. Three modes available for designers to choose the appropriate method to use, and it can help to further understand the importance of consumers actually think their needs.
