An easy-to-use comprehensive Python software is presented using which one can select a single sampling plan, and conditional sampling plans, viz. chain sampling plan-1 (ChSP-1) and ChSP-4(c_1, c_2), and multiple deferred state-1 plan for desired values of acceptable quality level and limiting quality level with associated risks α and β. The procedure proposed is based on the binomial distribution for the operating characteristic functions and therefore avoids the approximations involved in the existing literature. The Python program as a tool turns out a sampling plan that ensures the resulting sum of the risks is closest to the desired α + β. The procedure is illustrated with suitable examples.
