本研究是探討經産婦在剖腹産後對自己及其新生兒的關注行爲。研究方法採田野研究法，研究者自産婦接受剖腹術後隔天至術後七天爲資料收集時間，以以行過程記錄再以內容分析法將資料分析、歸類及數碼化。結果發現剖腹産經産婦所呈現出之關注行爲可歸納成表達性、尋求性及處置性三種行爲方式且隨著産後日數增加，其所呈現行爲方式上的特性也會有所異動。另外，其所關注對象則以自己及新生兒爲主，且隨著産後日數增加，其關注對象重心會由自己逐漸轉移到新生兒身上。因此此結果可提供護理人員在臨床照顧過程中更了解産婦需要，並配合其關注及重點給予適當之護理照顧。

The purpose of this research is to identify the concerning behaviors of multipara women with cesarean section. This resepich used the field method to study the behaveior of four women, whose children were delivered by cesearean section, during the period beginning on the second day of the birth and continuing until the seventh day after. According to the recordings, the researcher then performed content analysis method to analyze, categorize and numerate all collected information.<BR>The results showed that subjects focused on themselves in the beginning then gradually shifted to their infants. Therough the research, the collected information revealed three categories of concernigh behavior: Expressive concerning behavior, searching concerning behavior and managing concerning behavior. The results concretely demonstrated the women’s earliest concerns and, the changes in those concerns over time.
