鎵-67-檸檬酸鎵造影已被廣泛使用於偵測發炎與感染性的病灶，但使用鎵-67診斷出感染性分割性主動脈瘤的病例，報告並不多，在此，我們報告一罕見之案例：使用鎵-67偵測到感染性分割性主動脈瘤且在治療後追蹤檢查發現鎵-67在體內的吸收分佈有明顯改變的情形（鎵-67在骨骼中的吸收增加）。

67Ga-citrate has been used widely to localize in a variety of inflammatory/infection lesions. However, the use of 67Ga-citrate to detect an infected dissecting aortic aneurysm has rarely been reported. We report an unusual case of scintigraphic detection of infected dissecting aortic aneurysm with 67Ga-citrate and altered biodistribution of 67Ga is noted after treatment with antibiotic drug.
