胸腔內心臟位於不正常位置可能導致心臟單光子射出電腦斷層造影偽像，且這種病例僅有少數曾被報告過。我們報告一位因右中及右下肺葉切除，心臟由左向右胸腔位移，在實施雙同位素心臟造影時出現下側壁偽像的病例。

Abnormal position of the heart within the thoracic cavity may potentially cause cardiac single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) perfusion artifacts, and only few such cases have been reported. We present a patient with cardiac structures shifting away from the left thoracic cavity due to right middle lobe (RML) and right lower lobe (RLL) lobectomies resulting in an artifact of infero-lateral wall hypoperfusion on dual isotope with rest 201T1-thallous chloride and stress (superscript 99m)Tc-tetrofosmin gated cardiac SPECT.
