環保署廢棄物管理法規,廢潤滑油101年後改列為一般事業廢棄物,依照產生源、清除業及處理業的申報制度,進行源頭管理及流向管制的追蹤管理模式。本文介紹再利用相關法規、廢潤滑油分類、全球廢潤滑油重煉調查、廢潤滑油重煉技術。重煉技術製程分為閃蒸-真空蒸餾(或分子蒸餾)-加氫精製(產品符合API Group II)、閃蒸-分子蒸餾-溶劑NMP精製(產品符合API Group I)及閃蒸-震動薄膜-分子蒸餾。

英文摘要

Waste lube oil was classified as a general waste under EPA's regulation, 2012. In the industry sector, the management model, including declarations of generation, clearance and disposal, was required to control the source and flow. This article was intended to introduce the reuse regullation, classification of waste lube oil, rerefining survey and re-refining technology. Core technologies, depending on the finishing step, were classified into hydotreating, solvent extraction and vibrating membrane. The recovered base oil by hydotreating and solvent extraction could meet the specifications of API Group II and Group I, respectively.
