中油目前成功地使用自有重質油料,經過自行研發的精煉製程,開發出長壽命軟碳材料,作為動力鋰電池中的負極材料。中油長壽命軟碳最主要的特點在於快速充放電能力、快充下長壽命的維持、高安全性及一般使用下超長的循環使用壽命等,這些特性都遠優於目前商用石墨產品。電池是電動車發展的最重要的技術關鍵之一,其性能決定了電動車的性能與最大行程。此外,電池價格更佔了電動車整體成本相當大的比重。電池若能具備快充能力及長壽命之優勢,將可大大地降低整個電池成本,對推廣電動車產業將有極大助益。 |
英文摘要 |
CPC is currently successfully using its own heavy oil via its own research and development of the refining process to develop a long-life soft carbon material as a powerful lithium-ion battery in the anode material. The main characteristics of long-life soft carbon are the rapid charge/discharge capacity, the maintenance of the long life under rapid charge, high safety and the long cycle life under the general use. These characteristics are far superior to the current commercial graphite products. Battery is one of the most important technical key to develop electric vehicles and its feature determines the performance of electric vehicles and the maximum trip. Furthermore, the price of battery accounts for a considerable proportion of the overall cost of electric vehicles. If the battery can possess the advantage of rapid charge capacity and a long cycle life, it will greatly reduce the cost of the battery and will be of great help to promote the industry of electric vehicles. |
