The program was conducted over twelve weeks, with topics including balanced diet, food exchange lists, energy restricted diet, low fat diet, low cholesterol diet, low sodium diet, planning of a low calorie diet, and healthy choices for eating out. A total of 200 valid questionnaires were obtained from 431 participants, and the results were as follows: most participants attendants were female and were non-medical staff.
