在兒童遊戲治療過程中治療師常常會遇見各種不知道該如何處理比較恰當的困境,作者整理其督導治療師進行遊戲治療的心得,提出在遊戲治療起始期階段的常見困境,包括:不願意進入遊戲室(分離焦慮和陌生情境焦慮)、進入後不玩或不說話、批評遊戲室的設備和玩具種類、遊戲室規則何時呈現、要不要陪孩子玩、帶玩具回家、時間到不願意離開、下次要帶朋友、同學或手足來玩、要不要收拾玩具、測試行為、遲到、個案帶吃的東西進遊戲室和錄音、錄影等十四項困境。作者並指出一般治療師在處理這些困境時常見的錯誤,以及提供作者本身處理這些困境的方法與理念給治療師參考。 |
英文摘要 |
The author proposed fourteen difficult moments that happened in the initial sessions of child play therapy. They were: ”when a child does not come to playroom (separation anxiety or anxiety of strange situation)”, ”when a child does not talk or play”, ”when a child criticized the equipments or toys of playroom”, ”when does the therapist show the rules of playroom to a child”, ”can therapist play with children?”, ”when a child will take toys home”, ”when a child does not want to end the session”, ”when a child wants to bring another child to the playroom”, ”does clean up the playroom should be a rule of playroom?”, ”when a child test a therapist in the playroom”, ”when a child comes too late”, ”when a child brings food to the playroom”, and ”Issues of recording in the playroom”. Based on his clinical and supervision experiences, the author explained his conceptualization ideas and suggested some techniques to solve these difficult moments. |
