〈共同提供在職訓練服務下思覺失調症之服務使用者的滿意度以及同儕支持工作者的成效〉(以下簡稱〈共〉文)是一項由思覺失調症病友接受同儕支持服務訓練後,與職能治療師共同帶領在職訓練與職場問題解決團體的前驅性研究系列分析之一部分,主要是分析服務使用者(即參與訓練與團體的病友)的滿意程度,以及接受同儕支持服務訓練並共同帶領職業訓練的病友同儕的心理與社會等向度的變化。〈共〉文作者以量表數據告訴讀者,由病友同儕共同帶領的團體,團體裡其他病友能滿意,對病友同儕自己的社會支持與職業功能也有幫助。同儕支持服務,是晚近二十年精神醫療與照護系統中發展迅速的一個領域。然而,在台灣卻發展得相當緩慢。〈共〉文這篇研究不論在發表時間、研究領域、與實務應用上,都呈現獨特的價值。回應者呼應〈共〉文作者從復元導向出發的觀點,提出當前研究來描述同儕支持服務重要性、同儕支持服務的效應、同儕支持服務培訓、以及職業同儕支持的發展等層面,與〈共〉文對話。
