根據前人研究顯示，讓老人家有更多參與社區活動的機會，其生活適應愈好。本文旨在探討影響高齡者參加志工團隊意願之因素，總計有效問卷179份。將調查所得資料以次數百分比及卡方檢定進行分析，發現影響高齡者參與志工團隊意願有「健康狀況」及「曾參加解說工作」等因素。建議高齡朋友應提早規劃老年生活，持續參與社區活動，進而提高生活滿意度。

It is reported that community participation significantly facilitate aged people's life adjustments. This study was aimed to examine the crucial factors affecting the willingness of senior citizens to participate the volunteer team in Taitung county. The collected data, based on a survey of 179 respondents, were analyzed by contingency tables and Chi-square test. The results indicated that ”health” and ”interpretation experience” had significant impact on interviewed senior citizens' willingness to participate the volunteer team. As senior citizens have their aged life well-planed and actively participate the community activities, they will be satisfied with their lives.
