探討台農甜蜜桃在著果期利用簡易網室栽培對果實生育之影響,依據試驗結果顯示,果實發育後期(約5月上、中旬)對照組(露天栽培果實套袋)之植株落果率較高,為7.4%,而網室栽培處理之植株僅0.5%,有顯著差異;網室栽培可有效降低果實鳥害及蟲害率;產期方面,網室栽培主要產期在5月中旬,較對照組5月下旬有提早之趨勢,但無顯著差異。果實品質方面,對照組之植株果實平均果重約102.7 g/粒,網室處理則為98.4 g/粒,兩者間並無顯著差異;網室栽培之果實可溶性固形物含量為12.6 °Brix,顯著高於對照組10.3 °Brix。果實外觀顏色部份,對照組果實之L.a.b值平均分別為56.8、29.7及24.2,網室內植株果實L.a.b值為50.2、42.3及20.8,網室處理之果實顏色較深紅且果皮表面絨毛較多,而對照組之果實顏色較為粉紅。綜合以上結果,桃網室栽培可提高果實糖度和避免果實受昆蟲、鳥危害及節省採收人力。

英文摘要

This study is attempted to compare the effect from the treatment of net house culture on the fruit quality, bird damage and pest severity of 'Premier' peach. The result of the trail were showed that net house treatment the fruit dropping rate was significantly reduced, it was 0.5% percentage and contrast fruit tree was 7.4% at the fruit development late stage. Bird damage and pest severity were significantly reduced in the net-house. In production period, net house treatment the main production period in middle May was earlier than contrast fruits in late May. In fruit quality aspect, contrast group fruits average single fruit weight were 102.7 g more heavy than net house treatment 98.4 g, net house treatment total soluble sugar content 12.6 °Brix was significantly increased than open field bagging treatment (CK) 10.3 °Brix. In fruit color, net house treatment ”L” value 50.2 was less than contrast fruits 56.8, but ”a” value 42.3 was significantly increased than CK 29.7, and ”b” value all treatments were between 20.8 and 24.2. The naked eye can be found that fruit color dealing and there have more much peel surface fine hair in net house treatment, and the contrasting group of fruit color is comparatively pink.Based on the above findings, peach net cultivation can increase the sugar content of fruit and fruit to avoid the insects, birds and save the harvesting of human harm.
