韋格納氏肉芽腫是一種壞死性血管炎。其病名尚不明。雖然此病也可能影響到其他器官，但主要仍以上下呼吸道及腎絲珠腎炎為主。此處我們提出一個55歲罹患韋格納氏肉芽腫及合格蘭氏症候群的女性，其特殊臨床表現為乳房腫塊。她的乳房及肺部病灶在使用高劑量類固醇及環磷酰胺後成功控制。

Wegener's granulomatosis is a necrotizing vasculitis. The etiology is not known. Although it may involve any organ, Wegener's granulomatosis predominantly involves the upper and lower respiratory tracts together with glomerulonephritis. Herein, we report the case of a 55-year-old woman with Sjogren's syndrome and Wegener's granulomatosis which unusually presented as breast masses. Her breast and pulmonary lesions were successfully treated with high-dose corticosteroid and cyclophosphamide.
