Reaction time and fraction time of the excellent six athletes in both male and female100 meter run in 1988 Olympic Game are used as research data. The results are listed as follows: 1. The reaction time is 0.151~0.156±0.016~0.026 seconds. 2. The correlation coefficients among reaction time and all the 10 meter fraction times in male athletes reveal more than 0.500 respectively, and their regressional equation are made. 3. The second half times in both male and female athletes are faster than those of the first half time, P<0.01. 4. The percentage difference between the first and second half time in male athletes is more than that of the female athletes, P<0.01.
