本研究之目的在:一、驗證仰臥推舉、屈膝深蹲之臨界力量(CF)推估最大肌力(1RM)之有效性。二、分析臨界力量(CF)與肌耐力的相關情形,以確認CF為肌耐力的訓練課程指標。本研究係以東方工商專校三~五年級排球社團之社員24位男生為對象,最大年齡20歲,最小年齡18歲,平均身高173.08±2.52公分,平均體重67.25±3.63公斤。每位受試者均接受仰臥推舉、屈膝深蹲最大肌力(1RM)測驗,兩項目各三個固定負荷每分鐘最大反覆次數測驗(並計算CF),跳躍耐力測驗等,以皮爾遜積差相關統計法考驗仰臥推舉、屈膝深蹲之CF推估最大值與實際最大肌力(1RM)之相關,並以t考驗檢定兩者之差異顯著性。以皮爾遜積差相關統計法考驗屈膝深蹲CF與跳躍肌耐力之相關及相關值差異顯著性,所得結果,經分析討論後得下列幾點結論: 一、仰臥推舉之臨界力量(CF),可有效的推估仰臥推舉最大表現重量(1RM),兩者之間差異水準未達顯著。二、屈膝深蹲之臨界力量(CF),可有效的推估屈膝深蹲最大表現重量(1RM),兩者之間差異水準未達顯著。三、屈膝深蹲之臨界力量(CF)與肌耐力(跳躍耐力)有很高的相關,相關值達顯著水準,確認CF可作為肌耐力的訓練課程指標。

英文摘要

The purposes of this study were 1) to verify the validity of predicting repetition maximum (1 RM) muscular strength through the critical force (CF) of bench press and bent-knee full squat and 2) to analyze the correlation between critical force (CF) and muscular endurance in engaging with critical force as an index to muscular endurance. Subjects were third to fifth year volleyball club male students of Tungfand (Eastern) Junior College of Technology and Commerce (N=24) with age range from 18 to 20 years. Average height 173.08 ±2.52cm and average weight 67.25±3.63kg. Each subject was assigned into 1RM test of bench press and bent-knee full squat and maximum repetitions per minute tests with 3 different levels of fixed loading. Pearson Product Moment Correlation was used to test the predictions and t-test to test the significance of differences. It was found that: 1) The critical force (CF) was a valid prediction to one repetition maximum (1RM) in bench press but with no significant difference; 2) The critical force (CF) was a valid prediction to one repetition maximum(1RM) in bent-knee full squat but with no significant differences; and 3) The critical force (CF) was an index to muscular endurance due to the high correlation and significant difference between the critical force(CF) of bent-knee full squat and muscular endurance of squat jump endurance.
