目的:目前運動用緊身服飾在運動訓練或休閒活動廣為運用,但國內對此領域研究卻屈指可數,也缺乏系統性的探討。有鑑於此,本文透過系統性文獻回顧(systematic review),探討運動用緊身服飾對運動疲勞與運動後促進恢復的影響,以利運動員選用相關服飾的參考,並提供未來研究或設計相關服飾之建議。方法:蒐集2010年1月至2013年6月間探討緊身服飾在運動疲勞與促進恢復的期刊論文,歸納整理研究結論。結果:符合的文獻共19篇,研究緊身服飾類型為:全身型、下肢型及局部腿襪型。測試運動項目以跑步為首。探討變項在運動生理層面以心跳率最多,其次為血乳酸;在心理感受層面則為運動自覺強度,其次為疲勞感。結論:綜觀文獻發現,運動用緊身服飾在運動過程中可促進周邊血液循環,對血乳酸排除有正向效益;心理感受方面不論是肌肉疲勞感或是運動自覺強度均有緩解效果,此顯示運動用緊身服飾在運動疲勞與促進恢復上具有一定效益。因此,運動員可選用並穿著適合該運動項目特性的運動用緊身服飾,以利於運動過程中的疲勞減緩以及運動後促進恢復,進而能獲取運動用緊身服飾所帶來的優勢。

英文摘要

Purpose: Sports compression garments (CG) widely use for sports training or leisure activities. However, the researches related to the effects of wearing CGs were few, and lack of systematic analyses written in mandarin. Therefore, through a systematic review, this article integrated the information from those journals associated to the effect of wearing a sports CG on fatigue and improving recovery, and provided some suggestions for choosing sports CG to athletes. Moreover, this article established some concepts about further researches and designing clothes. Methods: We collected and analyzed the previous studies which aimed on investigating the effect of sports CG on fatigue and recovery reported from January 2010 to June 2013. Results: A total 19 of highly relevant literatures were found. The general types of CG can be classified into three types, namely whole body, lower limb, and socks. Running on a treadmill were commonly applied exercise tasks among the literatures. Moreover, heart rate and blood lactate clearance were frequently used as physiological dependent variables; on the other hands, rating of perceived exertion (RPE) and the feel of fatigue were generally served as psychological variables. Conclusions: Those findings indicated that wearing sport CGs during exercise might improve peripheral blood circulation and blood lactate clearance. From psychological aspects, whether RPE or soreness was reduced while wearing CG that explicated the positive effect of CGs. For those reasons, athletes are suggested to select and wear sport CG which adapt to specific sport disciplines, in order to have some advantages for relieving fatigue and improving recovery.
