本文是從運動競技比賽中所觀看到的左右開弓現象，來探討左右開弓在運動技能上所佔的優勢與其訓練上應有的策略與因應之道，並以動作技能相關理論來詮釋對非慣用手的學習，藉以提高教練或教師重視非慣用邊的學習觀念與表現，使身體兩側均衡發展，提昇學習效益、突破技術瓶頸。
