動體視力在運動中的意義與應用

運動視覺是影響運動表現的因素之一；本文主要是以運動視覺中的動體視力為主題，探討動體視力在運動中所代表的意義和其應用價值。動體視力是指個體能正確地辨識移動中物體細微部分的一種運動視覺能力。綜觀過去的研究得知，運動員的動體視力優劣與運動成績的好壞具有顯著的相關；不同動作型態、不同技能水準、運動員與非運動員之間，動體視力皆有顯著的差異；動體視力可透過正確且適當的訓練而增進。因此，動體視力可做為運動選才與評量運動技能之指標。
