正中、尺和橈神經是經由脊髓神經根發出的上肢周邊神經分枝。由於解剖結構上的特殊性，神經在受到急性傷害或是重複性的微小傷害後就會使得神經受到結締組織的壓迫，這種現象稱之為周邊神經壓迫症候群。根據先前的文獻顯示，神經壓迫症候群在運動員族群裡也是經常發生的，因此本文將回顧運動員容易受到神經壓迫症候群的介紹，包括可能造成壓迫的原因、臨床症狀與徵候以及有效的治療方法。
