跑步經濟性是除了最大有氧力能例外,影響耐力運動成績的重要因素。在最大有氧能力受到限制的情況下,改善跑步經濟性能夠對於運動成績找到突破的方向。而影響跑步經濟性的相關因素有很多,本文將其分為環境因素、生理因素與訓練因素三方面進行探討,將相關研究結果綜合整理,提供教練選手進行訓練的參考。
