中文摘要

高地環境對於人體運動表現能力的影響,一直是近年來運動界所關注的問題。在強調生理因素的適應及運動訓練模式的改進下,高地訓練的效果對於耐力性運動項目或乳酸系統運動項目的運動員,均有顯著提升其運動表現的效果;但是在短而激烈的無氧運動項目,高地訓練的效果如何?仍有待深入的探討,本文乃針對此一課題從高地環境對最大無氧運動能力測試、無氧能量系統及高地訓練對無氧運動表現的影響做進一步分析。
