運動員在長期的運動訓練後,生理上會産生很多的適應(調適)。因爲有了這些變化,所以改善了運動方面的表現。相反的,這些辛苦訓練所獲得的生理上的適應以及運動表現上的增進,不幸因某些原因或意外發生,無法繼續規律實施時,生理上即會産生許多退化的現象,進而影響到運動的表現。<BR>停止訓練(detraining),對運動生理影響的層面很大,本文僅以停止訓練對心肺功能、代謝功能及肌肉變化等三方面進行探討,期望能提供給從事不同項目的運動教練或選手做参考。
